Zone 1 — Pima County

No travel stipend

Our home base. We serve all of Pima County with no travel stipend — just our standard training rate. Most sessions in Zone 1 can be scheduled within 1–2 weeks.

Tucson · Marana · Oro Valley · Sahuarita · Green Valley · Vail · Catalina · Saddlebrooke

Zone 2 — Central Arizona

Regional travel stipend applies

We regularly serve the Phoenix Metro and Central Arizona corridor. A regional travel stipend is added to cover mileage and instructor time. Most Zone 2 sessions are scheduled 2–3 weeks out.

Phoenix · Mesa · Chandler · Scottsdale · Tempe · Gilbert · Casa Grande · Coolidge · Florence · Eloy

Zone 3 — Extended Arizona

Long-distance travel stipend applies

We travel to all corners of Arizona for the right group. Long-distance sessions require advance scheduling (typically 3–4 weeks) and include a travel stipend to cover overnight logistics when needed.

On-Site Training Logistics

Here's what to expect when you book with LunaStar.

Space Requirements

We need a clear floor area of approximately 10x10 ft per 4 students for manikin practice. A conference room, break room, or warehouse floor all work perfectly.

Equipment We Bring

We arrive with our full inventory: high-fidelity adult and infant manikins, AED trainers, First Aid supplies, and all certification materials. You provide nothing.

Group Sizes

Each session accommodates up to 8 students for maximum hands-on time. For larger teams, we schedule back-to-back sessions — just let us know your total headcount and we'll build a schedule that works.

Session Length

Standard CPR/AED & First Aid sessions run approximately 4-5 hours. Blended Learning check-offs take under 1 hour on-site. BLS sessions run 3-4 hours.

Scheduling Flexibility

We work around your operations — early mornings, evenings, and weekends are all available. We coordinate with your team to minimize disruption to your workday.

Certification Cards

Every student who passes receives an American Red Cross certification card valid for two years. Cards are issued the same day — your team is certified before we leave.
